1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Arcamatrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Arcamatrix provides an AI-powered workspace platform. We offer free and premium tiers with varying token allowances and features.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful content, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures.
5. Billing
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
6. Data
Your data is stored on EU-based infrastructure (Hetzner, Germany). See our Privacy Policy for details on data processing.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Arcamatrix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
