Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 2026-05-25 · Updated alongside our T&Cs

1. Spirit of the policy

Arcamatrix is a tool for creators, marketers, and developers to ship viral video content faster. You are responsible for the content you generate + publish. We may suspend accounts that use the service for the categories listed below — usually after a warning, immediately for severe cases (CSAM, real-person sexual content, credible threats).

2. Prohibited content

You may not use Arcamatrix to generate, store, transmit, or facilitate:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC/IWF immediately.
  • Non-consensual sexual content of real persons (including deepfakes).
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any way.
  • Realistic deepfakes of real persons without their explicit consent — for any purpose.
  • Credible threats of violence, calls to violence, or doxxing.
  • Content designed to facilitate the sale or trafficking of humans, weapons, controlled substances.
  • Disinformation campaigns targeting elections, public-health crises, or financial markets.
  • Content that violates copyright, trademark, or right-of-publicity laws.
  • Malicious code, phishing kits, exploit demonstrations targeting third-party systems without authorization.

3. Prohibited behaviors

  • Bypassing rate limits, token budgets, or abuse-prevention mechanisms.
  • Reselling Arcamatrix output as your own AI generation service without a partnership agreement.
  • Scraping the dashboard, reverse-engineering the API beyond the documented surface, or attempting to extract model weights.
  • Using webhooks or API keys to attack other systems (SSRF, port scans, DDoS reflection).
  • Sharing API keys across organizations or environments not authorized in your subscription.
  • Impersonating Arcamatrix in your generated content (e.g. claiming our endorsement).

4. Platform-specific compliance

When using Arcamatrix to publish to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or X, you must also comply with those platforms' community guidelines. Content removed by a platform for AUP violation may trigger our own review under §3.

5. Enforcement

We may, at our sole discretion:

  • Warn — first observation of borderline behavior, no service interruption.
  • Throttle — temporarily reduce rate limits for repeated borderline behavior.
  • Suspend — pause access pending review, typically 7-14 days.
  • Terminate — permanent ban with deletion of account data per our Privacy Policy.
  • Report — to law enforcement when the content involves CSAM, credible threats, or coordinated criminal activity.

Suspended accounts may appeal via abuse@arcamatrix.com within 30 days. Decisions on egregious violations (CSAM, deepfake porn of real persons, credible threats) are final and not appealable.

6. Reporting abuse

If you encounter Arcamatrix-generated content that violates this policy, please report to abuse@arcamatrix.com with a description, screenshot, and any publishing-platform URLs. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 7 days.

7. Changes to this policy

Material changes (categories added/removed, enforcement procedure changes) are announced by email to all account holders 30 days before taking effect. Routine clarifications + typo fixes happen without notice. See also our Privacy Policy, Subprocessors.
